It has a very strong magnetic force of 11,000 gauss and performs sub-micron filtering (removal of iron powder). Additionally, if you are filtering iron powder, chips, or cutting powder with synthetic fiber filters, installing the FiltraMag before the synthetic fiber filter can significantly reduce the running costs of the synthetic fiber filter.
